Jacketed Gaskets

PTFE or stainless steel made jacketed gasket is a type of ring shaped sealing component that has carbon/graphite/glass fiber/bronze based filling. This type of flat gasket is produced by using advanced lathe equipment. It has multiple layers. Its soft sealed layer has been specially designed to avoid contact with metal. This soft layer is instrumental in protecting flange of pipelines against damage especially during high load condition. Offered Jacketed Gasket can be used at maximum 6540 degree C operating temperature and under up to 25 MPa operating pressure.
